Get the Answers and the Justice You Deserve
We Are Leading The Way By Leading With Action. We are lead counsel for 1,000's of victims.
Ultimately, it ends up being about action. We know that success is based on leading the way, taking the first step, do - don't talk about doing. We will succeed together by what we actually do, and will be measured by that as well. Behaving in ways that lead us to outcomes can’t be overstated. You probably agree with us, too many leaders with great ideas and talent end up falling flat because they simply didn’t “do” what they were supposed to do.
Over the last decade, we have been very successful on behalf of our clients because we lead the way. This case is no different. We were the first to file a lawsuit. The first to represent a group of amazing people. The first to move the case aggressively towards trial.
While others talk about getting answers (and results), we are actually doing it - for who matters the most - you.

Union Pacific can’t have a Houston pollution lawsuit tossed over free speech claims
Union Pacific Railroad won’t be able to escape a lawsuit filed by Houston residents who claim the company failed to warn them about cancer-causing soil and groundwater contaminants, after a request for the Texas Supreme Court to intervene was denied Friday.
Union Pacific unsuccessfully appealed that decision to an intermediate court, and then finally to the state Supreme Court, where the justices declined to take up the case.
A spokesperson from Union Pacific said the company was disappointed by the Texas Supreme Court’s decision, and was reviewing the company’s options going forward. Union Pacific has previously said it has worked on cleaning up the site over the past three decades.

They're killing us' 5th ward neighbors say of contamination from railyard
HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- People in a Houston-area neighborhood said the land they're living on is literally killing them.
Just yards away from the Union Pacific Railyard off Liberty Street, a group of neighbors gather to talk. They're rattling off how many children they know born with a condition or birth defect. "We all had to deal with it. I know at least every person I grew up with within this area," Kashmere Garden's resident Nakia Osbourne said. "I'm 44 right now, almost 45. Half of them have a child that has a disability."
Osbourne's son, Charlie, was one of them. He was born with autism and severe intellectual disabilities. He died in 2014 at the age of 13.

HOUSTON – A town hall meeting is scheduled for Tuesday evening to discuss questions and lawsuits related to contamination concerns in Houston’s 5th Ward and Kashmere Gardens.
Dozens of people have filed lawsuits against Union Pacific Railroad, accusing the company of contaminating air, soil and water with toxic chemicals including creosote, a wood preservative that was used for railroad ties.
“We want to clean it up and get our clients compensated,” said Jason Gibson, an attorney for the plaintiffs.
